Senior Procurement Manager

Meridian Procurement Partners is looking for a Senior Procurement Manager to lead sourcing programs for our mid-market manufacturing clients.

What you'll do:

• Own end-to-end sourcing events for direct materials categories worth $5M-$40M annually
• Lead supplier negotiations, contract renewals, and quarterly business reviews
• Build category strategies with client stakeholders and present savings roadmaps to leadership
• Mentor a team of two sourcing analysts and set the standard for spend analysis quality

What we're looking for:

• 7+ years in procurement or strategic sourcing, ideally with manufacturing or industrial clients
• A track record of delivered savings you can walk us through in detail
• Strong contract negotiation experience (MSAs, SOWs, supply agreements)
• Comfort presenting to VP and C-level stakeholders
• CPSM or CIPS certification is a plus, not a requirement

We offer a collaborative team, real ownership of client relationships, and a hybrid schedule out of our Chicago office (2-3 days in office per week).
